What's this hate flyer doing at a "pro-Palestine" table?

This flyer was being handed out by a professed "pro-Palestinian" group in Union Square, New York City.

It is signed by Mark Glenn (bio).

A perusal of his America Free Press blog shows that this flyer is his entry of April 15.
He lives in Idaho and his affiliation with the Union Square group is unknown.

The piece targets Jews and Judaism, rather than Israel and Zionism.
